Effective Date: July 23, 2026

 

By registering for a class with South Side Concealed Carry, you agree to the following terms:

 

• Students must possess a valid FOID Card or otherwise meet Illinois legal requirements to attend the course.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of class unless paid in advance.

• Students are responsible for bringing the required items listed in their confirmation email, including identification and any required range equipment.

• South Side Concealed Carry reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Students will be offered a transfer to another class or a refund if the class is canceled by the instructor.

• Students are expected to follow all classroom and range safety rules. Anyone acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner may be removed from the class without a refund.

• Completion of the course does not guarantee issuance of an Illinois Concealed Carry License. All licensing decisions are made by the Illinois State Police.
